Is the app free?
Yes. Page One is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no paywalls.
What are lesson coins?
Lesson coins are earned automatically by completing lessons. For every XP you earn, you receive an equal amount of lesson coins. They cannot be purchased with real money.
What are tickets (streak freezes)?
Tickets protect your daily streak if you miss a day. You can spend 100 lesson coins to get a ticket (up to 2 at a time). If you miss a day and have a ticket, it is used automatically to keep your streak alive. Tickets can only be obtained with lesson coins earned through gameplay.
How does learning work?
You learn Spanish by reading real books. Each lesson presents sentences from the story, and you assemble the Spanish translation from word tiles. Tap any word in the prompt sentence to see its meaning.
What books are available?
We use simplified versions of public domain classics, including Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde and The Thirty-Nine Steps. More books are added regularly.
How do I reset my progress?
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will reset all local progress data.
Is my data private?
We only collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. No personal information such as your name or email is collected. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
